Property Markets Group (PMG) and MoneyShow have recently announced new plans for One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium development along a 53-acre bayfront park. The project aims to contribute to the city’s skyline at 333 North Tamiami Trail, at the intersection with Boulevard of the Arts in Downtown Sarasota. One Park Sarasota will house 86 residences featuring over 5,000 square feet of retail space. The development promises to offer residents panoramic views of Sarasota Bay, the cityscape, and The Bay Park. Coldwell Banker Realty has been appointed as the sales team for this project, with Chelsa Vahtomin and Robert Robinson leading the sales efforts exclusively.

One Park Sarasota, designed by the Sarasota-based firm Hoyt Architects, renowned for their unique architectural spaces and experiential design, will include a selection of fully finished three-bedroom private residences. These residences are set to feature grand 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive views of Sarasota Bay, the downtown skyline, and The Bay Park. The units will have a contemporary lighting package, including recessed lighting, dimmers, and lighting control. Additionally, the residences will have fully built-out closets, fully integrated kitchens, and imported custom high-end Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Flooring options will include porcelain slab, marble, or wood throughout. Other notable features of these residences include expansive outdoor terraces with glass railing and summer kitchens, a midnight bar in the primary bedrooms, and a high-efficiency level through PMG’s smart home technology, allowing for seamless personalization at the touch of a button.
In addition to traditional residences, One Park Sarasota will include a collection of penthouse residences on the top floor and townhomes on the bottom two levels of the property. The townhouse and penthouse collections will give residents access to private rooftops, summer kitchens, and plunge pools to maximize the waterfront lifestyle.
