Developers hope to get approval for Forum Park, a mixed-use venture in Miami’s Ojus neighborhood. The project would require 302,223 square feet of new construction. The main building would measure 11 stories above grade, with the floorplates measuring 11,600 square feet to 14,500 square feet.
Forum Park would offer 120,000 square feet of office space, with the office themselves spanning the second floor to the tenth floor. There would also be 4,400 square feet of commercial space and 12 one-bedroom apartments in a separate two-story building.
Aside from the 11-story building, there would also be an eight-story structure that accommodates up to 394 vehicles. Sunny Isles-based Aventura Office Center LLC currently owns the 1.32-acre build site. It’s currently vacant. It was purchased for $7.5 million in 2022 from the previous owner, CK Prive Group.
In 2017, CK Prive Group proposed a mixed-use venture that would offer an office condo and four mixed-use buildings. The project never came to fruition, and the land was sold five years later.
Right now, Forum Group is in its pre-application stage, requesting feedback from Miami residents and city officials. If approved, it could soon start construction at 18820 W. Dixie Highway, Miami, FL, 33180, in Miami-Dade County.
