Two Hotels to Offer a Combined 238 Guestrooms in Jacksonville, FL

Jacksonville will soon be home to two hotels: an extended stay Everhome Suites and a Home2Suites by Hilton.

The Everhome Suites, featuring 114 guest rooms in a four-story building, would comprise 57,971 square feet of new construction. It’ll feature a ground-floor lobby and laundry rooms.

The Everhome Suites site plan

The Jacksonville Business Journal reported that Rimrock Development LLC applied for an $8.5 million permit that is currently undergoing corrections. Our sources indicate that this will not be the first Florida location under the Everhome Suites banner; the first one is slated for Orlando, FL.

The new Home2Suites by Hilton is similar in both size and scope. The five-story low-rise will offer 124 guestrooms on a 2.2-acre site. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, bar, meeting center, and limited-service breakfast. Hotel Development Partners recently secured a $17.5 million permit to make the project possible. It’ll be the second Home2Suites venture proposed within the last couple of years.

Home2Suites by Hilton will occupy a 2.2-acre site.

The Everhome Suites could take shape at 1486 Solera Terrace, Jacksonville, FL, 32211, in Duval County. The Home2Suites by Hilton will unfold at 3609 San Pablo Parkway, Jacksonville FL, 32224, in the same county. There is a 19-minute driving distance between the two.
