Vista Gardens, a 221-unit apartment complex in Palm Beach Gardens, received approval from the City Commission April 4th. The four-story complex will offer homes ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, with 10 percent (22 units) set aside as workforce housing.
One of the biggest draws to the Mediterranean-style complex would be the two pickleball courts on the property. Other on-site offerings include a swimming pool, dog park, and one-mile walking trail. There would also be a clubhouse featuring a fitness center, game room, and golf simulator.
The Palm Beach Post reports that developer Vista Residential Partners purchased the 16-acre site for $15 million in 2022. The South Florida Business Journal notes that it plans to start construction in the fourth quarter of 2024, with the first homes becoming available in fall 2025.
Niles Bolton Associates designed Vista Gardens. As part of the project’s design, the build crew will plant more than 50 trees, including sable palms and oak trees.
This isn’t the first time Vista Residential Partners has proposed a residential complex on the build site. In 2022, our sources revealed that the developer put forth “Latitudes in the Gardens,” a four-story complex offering 265 apartments. Yet, the project never came to fruition.
Vista Gardens will occupy 12450 Central Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33418, in Palm Beach County.
