PulteGroup Plans 145-Home ‘Amara’ for South of Hypoluxo Road in Lake Worth

PulteGroup has plans for a single-family housing development north of Boynton Beach. The project, named “Amara,” will offer 145 residences, with at least 20 percent (29 units) resting on half-acre lots. Some will occupy lots up to three acres, and future homeowners have the option of adding casitas on their properties.

According to CBS 12 News, the homes will measure one to two stories above grade, sporting a “modern farmhouse design.” Conceptual renderings show wood plank-style flooring, patios, and large windows that allow for natural light. Communal amenities include a fitness center, pickleball courts, a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, and a residents-only clubhouse.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that Amara will be developed by DiVosta, a luxury developer under the bigger PulteGroup umbrella. The community will be the fourth of its kind developed by DiVosta in Palm Beach County.

PulteGroup secured approval for Amara in 2023. The 145 units will occupy land once used for agricultural purposes and polo sporting events. Sales are expected to launch for Amara in mid-2025, with prices starting in the low $1 millions.

DiVosta notes that Amara will be located: “On Highway 441, 0.3 miles South of Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, 33449.”
