The Owen Golden Gate Point is undergoing construction in downtown Sarasota. Upon completion, the 20-story building will comprise 29 condos starting in the upper $2 millions.
Each unit boasts three bedrooms, featuring up to 3,065 square feet of interior space. According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, each home also comes with two parking spots reserved in a two-level parking garage.
There are 19 on-site amenities; outdoor offerings include an infinity swimming pool, hot tub, and grill area, while indoor offerings include a fitness center, work-from-home space, and game room.
Naples-based developer The Ronto Group is leading the prokect in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital. The developer’s website notes that The Owen Golden Gate Point is one of the last condos to be developed in Golden Gate Point.
MHK Architecture and Planning designed the boutique condominium, with conceptual renderings showing that the building’s first two floors will serve as the parking garage, not a detached structure. Connor & Gaskins Unlimited is the general contractor.
The North Naples-based firm also worked with The Ronto Group on the recently completed Altura Bayshore in Tampa. The Owen Golden Gate Point is slated for the 1.18-acre site at 325 Golden Gate Point, Sarasota, FL, 34236, in Sarasota County.
