Upscale ‘Ora Hotel and Residences’ Planned for 1107 E. Jackson Street, Tampa, FL

Florida-based developers have plans for a 39-story tower named “Ora Hotel and Residences.” Per the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the luxury, boutique condo-hotel will host 622 units.

Hotel-condo units will span floors 17 to 35, and there will be 31 private residences on the tower’s top four floors. The remaining floors will host hotel rooms. The venture will “be marketed primarily to convention groups, city vacation dwellers and business travelers.” It’ll also be marketed as a destination for sporting events, weddings, and other special occasions.

Other sources indicate that Ora Hotel and Residences will have over 45,000 square feet of amenities, including a 15,000-square-foot convention area, 10,000-square-foot signature restaurant, fitness center with steam room, swimming pool, a rooftop helipad—the list goes on.

Ora Hotel and Residences could cost $600 million to complete. ARC Realty Group, Sunwest Construction, and Prosper Group are the developers. ARC Realty Group is currently closing on the build site in phases, with the entire transaction expected to complete by November 2025.

Fort Lauderdale-based Adache Group Architects designed the high-rise, and Kast Construction is handling the pre-construction aspect. Ora Hotel and Residences is planned for 1107 E. Jackson Street, Tampa, FL, 33602, in Hillsborough County.
