Glass House Boca Raton, a 10-story residential development located in downtown Boca Raton at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, continues to expand its South Florida-based development team. The development has welcomed Anthony Perera, founder and managing partner of Exuma Capital Partners, as general partner, and Square Edge as the construction management partner. The project is being developed by 280 Palmetto Park Road, LLC, with West Palm Beach architecture firm Garcia Stromberg, interior designer Wade Hallock of Hallock Design Group, and landscape architect AGTLAND.
Perera, a South Florida businessman and entrepreneur, brings significant expertise and resources to the project. Exuma Capital Partners has investments in various construction organizations, while Square Edge, a full-service real estate project management and advisory company, has extensive experience across various sectors of real estate development.
Perera stated, “I am honored to join this team of local partners who live and breathe South Florida and are vested in the local community. This is a magnificent project that is arising amidst a renaissance in downtown Boca Raton, and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
Located less than a mile from the beach, the 10-story luxury residential development is expected to be completed in Q4 2026. It launched sales in February 2024, with groundbreaking slated for Q1 2025. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling exclusive sales and marketing for the project.

I built 22 homes off a set of plans purchased with the land at aia and just south of palmetto. Someone purchased the homes 40 years later and has plans to build a new hirise. He paid $700,000 per home plus a price for the corner office building. It is now three years later and site is cleared. Waiting for new development. Great site. Overlooks the beach and Boca Lake. Best of luck to new development.and developer.
