  1. I built 22 homes off a set of plans purchased with the land at aia and just south of palmetto. Someone purchased the homes 40 years later and has plans to build a new hirise. He paid $700,000 per home plus a price for the corner office building. It is now three years later and site is cleared. Waiting for new development. Great site. Overlooks the beach and Boca Lake. Best of luck to new development.and developer.
