The City of Boca Raton has approved Glass House Boca Raton, a luxury residential development and the first modern glass building to be constructed in the city’s downtown area. Situated at 280 E Palmetto Park Road, the 9-story development will feature rooftop amenities on the 10th level and is expected to reach completion by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Glass House Boca Raton, a 10-story residential development located in downtown Boca Raton at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, continues to expand its South Florida-based development team. The development has welcomed Anthony Perera, founder and managing partner of Exuma Capital Partners, as general partner, and Square Edge as the construction management partner. The project is being developed by 280 Palmetto Park Road, LLC, with West Palm Beach architecture firm Garcia Stromberg, interior designer Wade Hallock of Hallock Design Group, and landscape architect AGTLAND.
Slated to break ground in the first quarter of 2025, Glass House Boca Raton marks a significant addition to downtown Boca Raton’s architectural landscape. This venture, led by 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, with Brandon Chasen and Paul Davis of the Baltimore-based Chasen Companies and Adam Gottbetter of Boca Raton-based ASG Development, will introduce the first modern glass residential building in the area. Located at 280 at Palmetto Park Road, the 10-story residential building is set to feature the city’s singular rooftop oasis, complete with a pool, jacuzzi, catering kitchen, and entertainment space.
