Slated to break ground in the first quarter of 2025, Glass House Boca Raton marks a significant addition to downtown Boca Raton’s architectural landscape. This venture, led by 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, with Brandon Chasen and Paul Davis of the Baltimore-based Chasen Companies and Adam Gottbetter of Boca Raton-based ASG Development, will introduce the first modern glass residential building in the area. Located at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, the 10-story residential building is set to feature the city’s singular rooftop oasis, complete with a pool, jacuzzi, catering kitchen, and entertainment space.

Anticipated to reach completion by fall 2026, Glass House Boca Raton will offer 28 exclusive residences boasting stunning views of the ocean, Intracoastal, and golf courses.  The project’s standout design is credited to Garcia Stromberg for architecture, Wade Hallock of Hallock Design Group for interior design, and AGTLAND for landscape architecture.

Situated less than one mile from the beach, Glass House Boca Raton ensures easy access to The Boca Raton and local amenities. The building will provide a dedicated, private entrance on Southeast Third Avenue and a discreet entrance on East Royal Palm Road, surrounded by sought-after restaurants and shopping.

Adam Gottbetter, VP Finance & Development of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, remarked, “Glass House Boca Raton will be the first modern glass building in Downtown Boca Raton, and its ideal location also provides the upscale lifestyle that discerning buyers are seeking. From the moment residents enter the garage and take the private, or semi-private, elevator to their spacious residence, they will experience a private sanctuary.”

Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage, Douglas Elliman Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida, stated, “Glass House Boca Raton is a pioneer among the vibrant transformation happening in Downtown Boca Raton. Glass House provides residents with the best of both worlds — accessibility to top-tier dining and retail, and proximity to the best beaches and golf courses. With sales launching in February 2024, we expect incredible interest in the intimate development.”

The residences at Glass House Boca Raton, ranging from two to four bedrooms and 2,550–3,990 square feet, offer half or full-floor units. Features include generous living spaces, private or semi-private elevator access, high ceilings, expansive windows, full-size laundry rooms, and deep private terraces with built-in gas grills. Advanced automated sun-shading, lighting, and climate control systems are standard across all units.

Residents can access premier amenities such as a private rooftop pool, cabanas, an in-pool sun deck, a Jacuzzi, a fire pit, and an outdoor catering kitchen. A state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, plunge pool, and the “Palmetto Bar” residents-only lounge are available on the first floor. With two levels of underground parking, valet, and a full-time doorman, Glass House offers a full suite of services, including a private two-car garage for select units, a residents-only car wash, and a golf cart parking and charging station. The development is also conveniently located near the new Brightline station.

Additionally, Glass House Boca Raton offers a limited number of preferred memberships to The Boca Raton, subject to availability, with a shuttle stop at the lobby for resident members.

Glass House Boca Raton’s sales gallery, located at 221 E Palmetto Park Road, is currently under construction and set to open this month, with residences priced from $2.5 to $6.9 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing team.
