The City of Boca Raton has approved Glass House Boca Raton, a luxury residential development and the first modern glass building to be constructed in the city’s downtown area. Situated at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, the 9-story development will feature rooftop amenities on the 10th level and is expected to reach completion by the fourth quarter of 2026.

Sales for the 28-unit project commenced in February 2024, with groundbreaking anticipated in the first quarter of 2025. Designed by the West Palm Beach architecture firm Garcia Stromberg, the development also features interiors by Miami-based Hallock Design Group, led by celebrity designer Wade Hallock. AGTLAND of Delray Beach will manage landscaping, with Concierge Property Solutions serving as the development consultant.

The development will offer a variety of two- to four-bedroom plus den floor plans, ranging in size from 2,504 to 3,950 square feet, with private terraces extending from eight to 12 feet deep. Each residence will feature open-concept layouts, spa-inspired bathrooms, and gourmet kitchens outfitted with custom cabinetry, porcelain countertops, and professional-grade Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cove appliances. Residences will also include smart home technology for audio, video, security, lighting, and climate control. Buyers will have the option to combine units to create larger half- or full-floor residences. Prices start at approximately $2.5 million.

A rooftop oasis is set to be one of the standout features of the project, offering panoramic views of the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and nearby golf courses. The space will include a pool, jacuzzi, private cabanas, lounge areas, fire pits, and an outdoor catering kitchen. Additional amenities on the first floor include a fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, an infrared sauna, a steam room, and plunge pool. The exclusive “Palmetto Lounge” will provide residents a quiet space for private meetings.

The development is also designed with convenience and security in mind, offering monitored entries, a full-time door attendant, and two levels of underground parking. Each residence will have access to two parking spaces, with limited private two-car garages available. Other features include air-conditioned storage, a residents-only car wash, and EV charger-ready bicycle and golf cart parking. A generator will also be installed to ensure fire, life safety, and elevator service.

Glass House will offer residents easy access to top dining and shopping destinations less than a mile from the beach and near Brightline’s Boca Raton station. The building will feature private entrances on Southeast Third Avenue and East Royal Palm Road.
