Arizona-based Taylor Morrison has announced that a single-family development in its pipeline has reached completion. Coopers Meadow is a 120-home community, offering residences measuring 1,500 to 2,116 square feet.
The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that floorplans span from three-bedroom to four-bedroom designs. Each one-story home comes with a two-car garage, along with access to various communal amenities, which include a dog park, children’s playground, monarch butterfly garden, and 7.5 acres of “walkable recreation space”.

The community is located in proximity to many major employment centers and also offers access to various transportation corridors. At the time of publication, the website for Coopers Meadow noted that prices started around $306,000.
These prices were lower than the homes in another community Taylor Morrison recently completed. Cherry Elm at SilverLeaf, located in St. Augustine and within the master-planned community SilverLeaf, offers 114 two-story townhomes starting in the low $400,000s. The homes in this community are also larger than those at Coopers Meadow, offering units ranging from 1,899 to 1,927 square feet each.
Coopers Meadow’s website lists the community’s address as 8132 Lilias Circle, Jacksonville, FL, 32219, in Duval County. It lies east of Interstate 295 and north of Interstate 10.
