Construction has started on Bay Harbor Towers, an eight-story residential venture in the eponymous Bay Harbor Islands. Led by PPG Development, the community will offer 44 condos, offering two-bedroom to four-bedroom floorplans.
According to Miami Residential Group, residences will measure 1,870 to 3,393 square feet, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, open-concept kitchens, and outdoor terraces. When sales launched for Bay Harbor Towers, the South Florida Business Journal reports that the cost of ownership started at $1.9 million. Now that 50 percent of the units are presold, homes start at $2.6 million.
Communal amenities at Bay Harbor Towers include a rooftop swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, wellness spa, and private marina, among other offerings. Civic Construction is the general contractor. It hopes to have the project completed by 2026. Miami-based Kobi Karp is the architect. Conceptual renderings show that the waterfront Bay Harbor Towers has a “modern structure design” that boasts a “striking white-veined black marble façade.”
As noted, PPG Development is the developer. It acquired the build site for a combined $32 million after purchasing every individual condo in the 30-unit residence on the property. Bay Harbor Towers is slated for 10143 E. Bay Harbor Drive, Bay Harbor Islands, FL, 33154, in Miami-Dade County.
