In December 2023, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers purchased an 11-acre site for $8.5 million. Less than a year later, the developer has plans for a single-family development known as “Layton Pointe”.
The organization’s website reported that the community will feature 31 one-story and two-bedroom homes, with the luxury residences spanning 2,632 to 4,187 square feet each. Floorplans will range from three-bedroom to six-bedroom layouts, offering three- to four-car garages, “tranquil outdoor living areas, and versatile options such as flex rooms and offices.”
Toll Brothers will launch sales for Layton Pointe in spring 2025, with the cost of ownership starting at $1.4 million. The build site was formerly home to Christ the King Monastery, and it already had zoning for single-family homes at the time of acquisition.
Layton Pointe isn’t the only Florida-based project in Toll Brothers’ pipeline. This past June, Florida YIMBY reported on the developer’s plans for a 152-home neighborhood. Amenities would include green space and various on-site recreational facilities, along with natural lakes. The Palm Beach County Zoning Commission considered the proposal on July 2nd. According to FOX 29, the zoning commission recommended approval in a 4 to 2 vote.
Layton Pointe is planned for 3900 Sherwood Boulevard, Delray Beach, FL, 33445, in Palm Beach County.
