VERVE Orlando, a student housing community in Central Florida, could finish construction in 2026. The 446,078-square-foot venture will offer 200 units with space for 626 beds.
According to Multi-Housing News, floorplans will span from studio to five-bedroom layouts. Plans call for 15,000 square feet of interior amenities, which would include a fitness center, gaming lounge, podcast recording studio, and other offerings. VERVE Orlando will also have more than 17,000 square feet of exterior space, allowing space for a dog run, swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen. The project will also host a 573-spot attached parking garage.

Subtext and Nuveen Real Estate recently acquired the venture’s 3.13-acre build site. Google Earth’s renderings show that it’s occupied by a now-closed FAIRWINDS Credit Union; MapQuest reports that the business moved to Waterford Lakes Town Center. It will likely be demolished to make way for new construction.
Dwell Design Studio is the architect. ESG Architecture & Design is the interior designer. Live Oak Contracting is the general contractor, and Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer. VERVE Orlando is planned for 3133 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, Florida, 32826, in Orange County. It will lie east of Blanchard Park and north of State Road 408.
