Miami-based LD&D, in partnership with ONE Capital and IGEQ, has introduced a new vision for Surf Row Residences, a collection of 25 bespoke condominiums situated just a block from the beach at 8800 Collins Avenue in Surfside. Designed by Alfonso Jurado Architecture and Boris Pena Architects, the project has been reimagined to align with evolving market demands. The development includes newly crafted living spaces, a collaboration with Restoration Hardware, and over 6,400 square feet of amenities.

Surf Row Residences are available in one- to three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 894 to 2,004 square feet, designed to offer refined coastal living. Bathrooms feature spa-like amenities, including raised wet areas, freestanding bathtubs, rainfall showers, and custom vanities. Kitchens have Miele appliances, Dekton countertops, full-height backsplashes, and built-in wine fridges. Some homes include private rooftops with upgrade options for plunge pools and summer kitchens, perfect for outdoor dining. Buyers can select from two custom wood and stone design schemes inspired by beach textures, with large-format porcelain tiles resembling coral stone or wood finishes that evoke the look of sun-bleached boardwalk planks. InteriorSelect, LD&D’s home design configurator, offers further personalization, allowing residents to tailor interiors to their preferences.

“Surfside continues to demonstrate its strength as one of Miami’s most desirable markets, with remarkable sales momentum for Surf Row even ahead of our official launch,” said Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “The synergy between these thoughtfully designed residences and the neighborhood’s laid-back elegance has created an irresistible draw. This development not only reflects the high demand for elevated living by the water but reinforces the area’s reputation as a premier, sought-after destination.”

Through a collaboration with Restoration Hardware, the property’s shared spaces are furnished with RH pieces, adding a cohesive, upscale aesthetic. Optional fully furnished residences curated by the iconic brand are also available, offering an effortless turnkey experience for those seeking a move-in-ready option.

Surf Row Residences offers a range of resort-style amenities. A Zen spa with a steam room, sauna, hammam, cold plunge, and treatment room provides a comprehensive wellness experience. The state-of-the-art fitness center, private workout studio, and sunlit pool deck create ideal spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation. Coworking spaces and convenient beach gear are readily available for those balancing work and leisure. Enhanced hospitality services, including a beach butler, 24-hour concierge, and optional housekeeping, further elevate the experience. Supporting active, health-focused living, residents can also book private and group lessons at the Surfside Tennis Center, located just across the street.

The architecture of Surf Row Residences is inspired by Surfside’s natural surroundings and Miami’s cultural heritage. Expansive layouts merge indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring skylights, layered glass facades, and spacious private balconies that capture the sea breeze. Flowing curves in the design, reminiscent of bird wings, waves, and windblown sand, create an organic aesthetic that integrates seamlessly with the landscape, blending natural elements with modern structure.

“Our vision for Surf Row Residences is to capture the essence of modern coastal living, blending the charm of the destination with a design that is both contemporary and enduring,” said Alejandro Bonet, managing partner of LD&D. “We’ve created a community that offers more than just elevated living – it’s one that evokes an ingrained sense of place and will become synonymous with quiet distinction and prestige.”

Located just north of Miami Beach, Surfside offers a unique blend of small-town seaside charm and urban sophistication. The area provides a relaxed pace of life while showcasing cultural richness through a mix of modern architecture and historic Art Deco buildings. Residents enjoy access to local boutiques and dining options and are just minutes away from high-end shopping destinations like Bal Harbour Shops and recreational spots like Haulover Beach Park.

Sales and marketing are led by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, with prices starting at $1.4 million.
