Oasis Hallandale, a $370 million mixed-use development located at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, has officially topped out its West Tower. This marks a significant milestone in the project’s construction, led by MGM Construction. With the West Tower now structurally complete and 75% of its residences sold, the development is gaining momentum as one of Hallandale Beach’s most ambitious projects. Sales for the East Tower have also launched, exclusively represented by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

The two-tower project rises 275 feet and includes 500 one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from 900 to 4,750 square feet, including select two-story penthouses. Prices range from $750,000 to $5.02 million. The development connects the West and East Towers via an expansive sixth-floor amenity deck, offering residents a host of state-of-the-art features. Amenities include two pools, a hot tub spa, private cabanas, fire pits, a fitness and wellness center, a yoga lawn, an outdoor movie theater, a cold plunge, and a children’s playground.

Oasis Hallandale also delivers a robust commercial component, with 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 35,000 square feet of office space housed in five low-rise buildings. The commercial phase is fully sold out, with tenants like KC Market, Davinci Café, Oasis Fit, and Oasis Dental now operational. The project’s layout prioritizes pedestrian accessibility, with tree-lined streets, shaded sidewalks, and outdoor dining areas that enhance walkability and community engagement.

Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO, the project blends modern architecture with lush natural elements, including a six-story waterfall and scenic pathways. The overall design emphasizes a connection between residential and commercial spaces, contributing to a vibrant urban lifestyle.

Hallandale Beach is undergoing significant growth, highlighted by developments like the Shell Bay Residences and Club by Auberge Resorts, which introduced the area’s first new golf course in over two decades. Meanwhile, the Diplomat Hotel has recently undergone a major renovation, and city-led initiatives, such as park improvements and Florida’s first all-electric bus fleet, are further transforming the community.

Construction of Oasis Hallandale remains on track, with full delivery of the project slated for 2026. As the first large-scale mixed-use development in the city, Oasis Hallandale is shaping the future of Hallandale Beach’s residential, commercial, and recreational landscape.
