64-Home ‘Princess Village’ Planned for 4509 Royal Kingdom Circle, Kissimmee, FL

Construction is anticipated to start next week on Princess Village, a “resort-style vacation village” in Osceola County. Led by Mexico-based MB Signature Properties, the venture will offer 64 short-term rentals.

The Orlando Business Journal reports that ownership will range from $490,000 to $550,000, with rental rates starting at $200 a night. The project’s website shares that the three-bedroom units will measure 1,315 square feet and come fully furnished. Featured amenities at Princess Village include a half basketball court, swimming pool, BBQ area, and children’s playground. The venture’s expected to cost $25 million to complete with completion planned for 2026.

Princess Village isn’t the only Central Florida venture in MB Signature Properties’ pipeline; the firm also has plans for a high-rise luxury hotel near Disney Springs. Accommodations would include two-bedroom suites, and guest amenities would feature a splash pad, swimming pool, and rooftop bar and restaurant. Groundbreaking is planned for 2026. The hotel (also estimated to cost $250 million to complete) will open in winter 2028.

Princess Village will occupy a 9.06-acre site located at 4509 Royal Kingdom Circle, Kissimmee, FL, 34746, in Osceola County. It will on the undeveloped property butting against the Seven Dwarfs Villas Resort and be minutes from Walt Disney World Resort.
