Fifield Cos. has opened Avida Aventura, a 266-unit luxury apartment community located at 19401 W. Dixie Highway in Aventura. The project sits steps away from the new Brightline station, with direct access to the Aventura Mall, the fifth-largest mall in the U.S. and one of Miami’s premier dining, retail, and entertainment hubs.
“As the first upscale multifamily development to open in the Aventura submarket in over nine years — and only the second delivery in more than two decades — Avida is filling a critical gap in the market and addressing the strong demand for high-quality, luxury rentals in the area,” said Sarina Sorrentino, vice president of development at Fifield Cos. “We were very intentional in curating finishes and amenities at Avida to deliver a best-in-class living experience.”

Avida Aventura comprises studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 470 to 1,400 square feet, with rents starting at $2,200. The property’s 20,000-square-foot rooftop amenity deck overlooks the Miami skyline and includes a resort-style heated pool, sauna, and spa. A dedicated coworking area offers everything from private offices and conference rooms to open-plan booths and tables.
One standout feature is the easy commute—residents can travel to Downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale in under 30 minutes from the nearby Aventura Brightline station. Directly across from Aventura Mall, Avida benefits from immediate access to 2.7 million square feet of retail, including brands like Apple, Nordstrom, Equinox, and Hermès. A new pedestrian bridge will soon link the Brightline station and the mall, further enhancing connectivity.

Prospective residents can schedule tours at Avida’s on-site leasing center. ZRS Management oversees leasing and property management.
Avida was designed by MSA Architects, with ID & Design International handling interior design and Current Builders serving as general contractor. Capital partners include CrowdStreet, Chilean development firm Sencorp, and Bank OZK.
In addition to Avida, Fifield Cos. is building Wynwood Station, an eight-story mixed-use property at 45 NE 27th St. in Wynwood. Set for delivery in Q2 2025, the project will offer 210 apartments, nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space, and a pedestrian paseo.
