Miami-based Unilog Group LLC has plans for a seven-story condo in Sarasota, Florida. The development, known as 777 South Palm Avenue Condos, will comprise 66 units, seven percent (five) will be designated as “attainable.” Residential amenities will include (but aren’t limited to) a fitness center and clubhouse. A standout feature is the fourth-floor swimming deck.

777 South Palm Avenue Condos will also have a five-story parking podium and more than 17,000 square feet of retail space. The Observer reports that the building’s site is made of three parcels, equaling 1.09 acres. The site once hosted the Kodra Professional Center, a building that was constructed in the 1950s but was not deemed historically significant. Kimley-Horn is one of the project’s consultants. Adache Group Architects designed the project.

Sarasota is seeing its share of mixed-use developments with affordable housing options. One project in the works is Sarasota Station, a 202-unit development that recently secured two key approvals. Of those 202 units, sources indicate that 38 would be for residents earning at or below 100 percent of the area median income (AMI), while the remaining 164 would be for residents earning at or below 80 percent of the AMI.

777 South Palm Avenue Condos is set to unfold at its namesake location: 777 South Palm Avenue, Sarasota, Florida, 34236, in Sarasota County.
