Grupo T&C has announced a partnership with Clear™, a global wellness technology company, to bring air, water, and surface purification systems to Edge House Miami, a planned 57-story short-term rental tower in Edgewater. The collaboration makes the development the first biosecure tower of its kind in the neighborhood, with health and environmental wellness technologies integrated across all 608 residences and amenity areas.
Located at 1837 NE 4th Avenue, Edge House Miami is being developed by Grupo T&C, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio and architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design. Units will come fully furnished and feature flexible ownership models that include lockout floorplans, enabling short-term rental of individual private suites.
The Clear™ partnership will bring a full suite of wellness technologies to the building, including:
ClearCentral™, a whole-building sterilization system that treats 100 percent of incoming water before it reaches any residence.
ClearAir™ Corridor Purifiers, advanced filtration units located on every residential floor to maintain clean, odor-free common areas around the clock.
“Today’s buyers and travelers are prioritizing wellness in every aspect of their lives—from how they live to where they stay,” said William Ticona, General Manager of Grupo T&C. “Our partnership with Clear™ reinforces Edge House Miami’s commitment to delivering a modern, health-first residential experience that meets the evolving needs of global residents and short-term guests alike.”
The wellness systems also reduce reliance on disposable filters, harsh chemicals, and energy-intensive purification methods, aligning with broader sustainability goals.
“Our advanced purification systems are installed in leading hotels and residential communities around the world, and I’m thrilled Edge House Miami has chosen to elevate the property’s living experience by delivering health and wellness,” said Ron Blutrich, Co-Founder of Clear™.
Amenities at Edge House Miami will include a sky lounge, wellness center, podcast studio, co-working spaces, and resort-style pools. Sales have launched, with prices starting in the $530,000s. Groundbreaking is expected in early 2026, with delivery anticipated by 2028.

These guys are destroying Miami. The neighborhood has zero support for this monstrosity, and developers will build massive concrete walls on top of each other.
Is Miami’s air and water so bad that it needs all this purification? Who’d want to live there? 🙂
