Construction at Okan Tower continues to move steadily upward, with the reinforced concrete superstructure now rising beyond the 28th floor, placing the tower more than 40 percent of the way to its planned 70-story height. Located at 555 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami, the 902-foot-tall mixed-use tower is being developed by Okan Group, with design by Behar Font & Partners.
A recent image shared on LinkedIn by Behar Font captures the evolving form of the tower, where its chamfered slab edges and tapered geometry are becoming increasingly apparent. As the vertical rise progresses, the building’s distinctive silhouette is beginning to take shape
Crews are maintaining a consistent construction rhythm, with repetitive floor layouts enabling efficient formwork and slab pours. The tower’s structure is now visibly transitioning into the mid-rise zone, and glass installation is also well underway now with panels installed as high as the 21st floor.
Once complete, Okan Tower will comprise 163 private condominium residences on floors 51 through 70, and 236 condo-hotel units from floors 36 through 50 under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand. Lower floors will house a 316-key hotel, approximately 64,000 square feet of office space, and multiple retail and dining venues.
Amenities will span several levels and include a 70th-floor rooftop pool and sky deck—among the highest in the country—a 27th-floor hotel pool, a wellness spa with marble hammam, and a 12th-floor lap pool. Residents and guests will also have access to a cinema room, fitness center, wine cellar, rooftop lounge, and various concierge and hospitality services.
Okan Tower is surrounded by a dense concentration of high-rise development, with multiple towers under construction in the immediate vicinity. This pocket of Downtown Miami continues to be one of the city’s most rapidly transforming areas.
Completion is currently expected in early 2027. Once finished, Okan Tower will rise to 902 feet, making it one of the tallest buildings in Miami and a significant new presence on the city’s skyline.

Such a beautiful architecture… Too bad it’s going to be obscure with so many buildings around it.. Overall one of the best designs around downtown Miami…🔥🔥🔥
