Construction continues on The Point Surf Park, Florida’s first surf park and the nation’s inaugural Endless Surf lagoon. Located on a 10.5-acre site in Fellsmere, Indian River County, the venture is slated for a 2026 completion. According to Endless Surf, the venture intends to meet the demand for year-round surfing in the area. The site has already completed grading and pile installation, with excavation currently underway.
The surf park will feature Endless Surf’s ES36 wave technology, which is powered by pneumatic hardware and proprietary software that can deliver customizable waves up to overhead height. The lagoon’s heart-shaped design supports simultaneous skill zones for all levels and will create a beach-like environment with dynamic views for spectators.

Backed by decades of experience in real estate and development, co-founders Luiz De Araujo, Asa Cascavilla, and Jack Cook are leading the project. Once complete, the park is expected to provide consistent waves regardless of season or ocean conditions, answering long-standing demand and reshaping Florida’s surf landscape through cutting-edge construction and surf engineering.
