Construction continues to progress at Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story condominium development at 4714 North Flagler Drive in the Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the project is being developed by BGI Companies, led by principal Kenneth Baboun, in partnership with Blue Road. Moss & Associates is serving as the construction management firm. Completion is expected in early 2026.

The tower topped off in May and has since reached several key milestones. Both tower cranes have been removed, with the east crane disassembled in June and the west crane in July, following their role in facilitating vertical construction and the installation of stainless steel spa vessels atop the east podium. With crane removal complete, exterior work is advancing at a faster pace. Stucco application is underway.

“While summer is considered slow season for many in Palm Beach, here at Alba we’ve been moving full steam ahead with construction progress following our biggest milestone yet of top off in May,” said Kenneth Baboun, principal developer of Alba Palm Beach. “With the vision and dream of Alba becoming realized, we are not only building a boutique collection of residences but also redefining what waterfront living means in West Palm.”

Alba Palm Beach will contain 55 luxury residences, including a limited offering of two- and three-story townhomes with private plunge pools and multi-level terraces. More than 60 percent of units have been sold, with prices starting at $2.865 million.

Interior construction is also advancing. Window installation is nearly complete, with only the penthouse levels remaining. Framing and drywall are underway on multiple floors, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is progressing throughout the tower. On the lower levels, flooring installation has begun, and residences are being prepared for the delivery of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.

Residences will feature Italian-designed kitchens by Italkraft, appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf, floor-to-ceiling hurricane-impact glazing, and spa-inspired bathrooms with high-end finishes.

The building will include 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. These will include sunrise and sunset pools with cabanas, a Technogym fitness center with water views, a spa with sauna and steam rooms, a theater, private dining space, wine storage, an art and relaxation garden, and day dock boat slips.

Alba Palm Beach has partnered with Mount Sinai New York’s Concierge Medicine practice in West Palm Beach to offer residents personalized medical services, including after-hours care through Sollis Health. Additional resident benefits include a complimentary one-year membership to the Palm Beach Yacht Club & Marina and an Explorer Jet Membership through Magellan Jets.

The development is situated directly along the Intracoastal Waterway, offering unobstructed eastward views and proximity to Downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, and the forthcoming Nora District.
