Swire Properties has announced an exclusive partnership with Harrods Interior Design for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. The collaboration marks the British retailer’s first residential development project in the United States and introduces bespoke design services for future buyers on Brickell Key.
Each purchaser at The Residences will receive a complimentary consultation with the Harrods Interior Design team. Buyers who choose to engage further will have access to the firm’s full range of services, including planning, custom furnishings, styling, installation, global sourcing, and project management.

The partnership’s focal point is The Knightsbridge Penthouse, a $50 million residence at the top of the South Tower. Harrods Interior Design has created a customizable concept for the four-bedroom, 7,965-square-foot home, which will include multiple terraces, an outdoor pool, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. Interior details include a Murano glass chandelier, Taj Mahal marble flooring, richly veined travertine, and fixtures and artwork commissioned exclusively for the penthouse. A metallic mosaic pool design by French artist Mathilde Jonquiere is among the residence’s standout features.
The principal suite is designed with yacht-inspired elements and opens to a private terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a carved stone vanity, brushed nickel fixtures, and a freestanding bathtub positioned to capture water views. His-and-hers dressing rooms are also included. A dedicated wellness wing will house a gym outfitted with PENT equipment, Swarovski crystal-accented dumbbells, a lap pool, and an open-air shower suspended 800 feet above the city. Additional amenities include a Dornbracht feature shower in 24-karat champagne gold and a sauna with a Himalayan salt wall.

Harrods Interior Design is led by Letitia Fitzgibbon, who has directed projects across Europe and the United Kingdom, from historic estates to luxury hotels.
The development is scheduled for completion in 2030. Swire reports that sales have surpassed $1 billion, with the South Tower more than 50 percent sold. The project represents the final new development opportunity on Brickell Key, where Swire has been active for over four decades.

Same ‘ole, same ‘ole. Brown and beige again and again and yet again.
IKR, it’s 2025 not 2015! Frankly, the old hotel building aged well and looked nicer than the proposed rotting tree stump of a building.
Swarovski accented dumbbells ….
Perfect Floriduh home.
It is just so ridiculously excessive and crass. I am not opposed to really nice, expensive condos for those who can afford them. But there does reach a point at which these über-excessive ones feel like an a big middle finger extended at the rest of us.
BingO, SteveO. They don’t/won’t get it, though.
