The activation will preview what’s to come at the permanent Racquet & Padel Club, which will include eight additional courts as part of Midtown Park’s first phase. The club is envisioned as a social centerpiece for the new district.

“We are bringing the ULTRA energy to Midtown,” said Nico Clerc, Head of ULTRA Padel Operations. “This hub will be the social country club of the neighborhood, built around an unparalleled club experience.”

As part of Midtown Park’s broader master plan, the club will join an expansive collection of green spaces, pedestrian paseos, luxury residences, premium office space, retail, dining, and public art. The development’s residential component, Midtown Park Residences by Proper, will be the first tower to break ground.

Midtown Park Residences by Proper will rise 28 stories with 288 residential units and over 40,000 square feet of private amenities. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio and landscape architecture by Naturalficial, the building will include a tropical pool deck with signature restaurant and bar, spa and fitness center, yoga and meditation garden, private pickleball court, virtual golf simulator, screening room, and curated social spaces. The property also offers walkability to both Wynwood and the Design District and is operated by Proper Hospitality.
