South Florida-based developer Las Villas JDL, LLC hopes to get approval for an eight-story mixed-use venture near Hollywood’s Young Circle.
Parkside Vue would comprise close to 45,000 square feet of new construction, offering 44 apartments. Floorplans would include one-bedroom to two-bedroom layouts, with the average unit spanning 667 square feet. Communal amenities would include a fourth-floor swimming pool and deck and a third-floor meditation garden. Additionally, there would be 1,500 square feet of commercial space facing South Federal Highway and 62 structured parking spots.
Las Villas JDL, LLC purchased the project’s vacant 14,909-square-foot site for $400,000 in 2014. Parkside Vue itself is estimated to cost $15 million to complete.

Miami-based Skin Architectural Group designed Parkside Vue. Renderings show that the mid-rise building would measure 87 feet at its highest point; the façade would feature impact-proof windows, glass railings, and other modern architectural elements. Older designs from 2023 showed that the façade would be red and white, but updated plans now show more ambient colors.
Hollywood’s Planning and Development Board intends to review plans for Parkside Vue on the second week of September. Floridian Development notes that if approved, the sitework would be minimal, and the developer could break ground after securing various other permits.
Parkside Vue is planned for 1809 Madison Street, Hollywood, Florida, 33020, in Broward County.
