‘Soleste on the Trail’ to Feature 255 Apartments at 7920 N Military Trail, Riviera Beach, FL

An affiliate of Miami-based Estate Cos. has secured a multi-million-dollar construction loan for an apartment complex in Riviera Beach.

Soleste on the Trail is a four-story, 255-unit development set to occupy a 15.8-acre lot. The one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes will measure 700 to 1,000 square feet and come outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and walk-in closets.

Additionally, residents will have access to a suite of on-site communal amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, children’s playground, fitness center, and spa. There will also be a two-acre lake surrounded by a walking trail. The community itself is ideally situated near many of Riviera Beach’s attractions, including the shops and restaurants at The Square.

Developer 7920 Riviera Beach Holdings purchased the site for Soleste on the Trail for $8 million in 2022 and filed plans the following year. The firm intends to have completed construction by the second quarter of 2027.

Soleste on the Trail is just one project that Estate Cos. has in its South Florida pipeline. Another project, Soleste Palm Station, is set to comprise two eight-story towers and feature 321 luxury apartments in West Palm Beach.
