$30 Million Construction Loan Secured For Visions At Brickell Station In Miami

Concord Summit Capital (CSC) has successfully arranged a $30 million construction loan for Visions at Brickell Station, a 110-unit condo-hotel development located at 1136 SW 3rd Avenue in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami.

The financing, which closed in under 30 days and required only 10 percent sponsor equity, was arranged by CSC’s Director, Keegan Burger, and Managing Director, David Larson, on behalf of the sponsor and developer, Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG).

This transaction marks a continuation of the partnership between CSC and UNCG, which focuses on sustainable, wellness-oriented developments across supply-constrained, high-growth markets. UNCG has more than 25 years of development experience and is currently advancing eight projects across Miami, Orlando, and Mexico.

“Visions at Brickell Station is more than a development, it’s a hospitality experience designed for today’s wellness-minded traveler,” said Robert Thorne, Managing Partner at UNCG. “With fully appointed residences, hotel-style amenities, and on-site management, we’re redefining how guests live and stay in Miami. Concord Summit Capital’s speed and precision made it possible to bring this vision to life.”

Units at Visions at Brickell Station will range from 490 to 675 square feet, with prices starting at $495,000. More than half of the residences have already been sold.

“Working again with UNCG on this project is a privilege,” said Burger. “We assembled an efficient capital structure that conserves equity and enables the sponsor to break ground immediately.”

Completion of Visions at Brickell Station is expected in 2027.

  2. No “vision” in architecture whatsoever. Yes it’s infill, but the building envelope could fit six classic apartment houses the other side of the freeway in Southside/Conch Hill with better architecture.
