Dubai-based Kerzner International, in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Forse Holdings, has plans for a luxury tower in Miami-Dade County.
The venture would yield the first Siro-branded hotel in the U.S. Siro Miami, Brickell, is set for a 2030 delivery, where it’ll offer 530 units: 180 hotel rooms and 350 condos called “Siro Homes.”
Communal amenities would center around promoting residents’ health, with offerings including a Recovery Lab and Fitness Lab. From traded: “SIRO’s brand focuses on fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness, creating a lifestyle ecosystem rather than just accommodations.”
Kerzner purchased the project’s one-acre build site from Swire Properties for $45 million earlier this summer. The site already had entitlements for the number of hotel rooms and residences proposed, making it a “turnkey opportunity.” The sale was prompted by Swire Properties’ divestment from Brickell City Centre holdings.
Siro Miami, Brickell, would mark the sixth hotel under the Siro banner; three other hotels are currently in development, located in Japan, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. Siro has two hotels operating in Dubai and Montenegro.
Siro Miami, Brickell, is anticipated to open in 2030, slated for 9 SE 6th Street, Miami, Florida, 33131, in Miami-Dade County.

Hopefully, we can get a little of Dubai stunning architecture into Miami.
Considering what the Siro hotel looks like in Dubai, which is extremely bland even compared to Miami standards, I am skeptical until I see a rendering.
