Nobu Hospitality, in partnership with Key International and 13th Floor Investments, is moving forward with its first branded residential endeavor in Miami. Upon completion, the multi-million-dollar venture would be one of the tallest buildings in Brickell.
619 Brickell is a 74-story skyscraper set to feature 300 luxury one-bedroom to four-bedroom residences. In-unit amenities would include nine-foot-high ceilings, rain showers, and integrated smart home technology, such as keyless entry. Sources suggest that the cost of ownership starts at $800,000, although this was not officially confirmed by developers.

Residents would have exclusive access to more than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including but not limited to a resort-style swimming pool with a café, full-service spa and wellness center, and sprawling fitness center. Another key feature is the ground-floor Nobu restaurant – the brand’s second entry in the city.
Foster + Partners and Sieger-Suarez Architects designed the project. From the development’s website, the venture was designed by “blending luxury, design, and Nobu’s signature Japanese-inspired elegance.”
619 Brickell is set to rise alongside one of Brickell’s last standing historic buildings, the First Presbyterian Church of Miami. The high-rise draws its namesake from its address: 619 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL, 33131, in Miami-Dade County.

Has anyone else noticed this was announced here after the NYC election?
This was in the making for a while. The Miami Herald even tried to stop the project over food trucks and anti-Christian “they don’t pay taxes” diatribe.
I remember now. This project hasn’t been in the news in awhile.
