Vertical construction has surpassed the halfway mark on Oasis Hallandale’s East Tower, which has now reached the 14th floor of its planned 25-story height as work continues to advance across the ten-acre mixed-use development. The project, designed by Arquitectonica, recently achieved another milestone with the structural topping out of its six-level, 70,000-square-foot amenity deck. The elevated podium will serve both residential towers and introduce a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, wellness, and social spaces designed by ArquitectonicaGEO.

MGM Construction Group is leading the build. The firm’s portfolio includes Seven Park Residences, NINE Hollywood, and Deco Green in Lake Worth. The West Tower appears to be nearing completion and is targeting delivery in early 2026, while the East Tower remains on schedule for completion in 2027.

We are honored to help bring such a visionary development to life.”

The amenity deck will feature two pools with cabanas, a hot tub spa, cold plunge, children’s pool and splash pad, playground, playroom, fitness and wellness center, yoga lawn, business and conference rooms, coworking areas, banquet hall, lounge bar with billiards, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, golf simulator, social lounges, barbecue areas, fire pits, a pet park and paw wash station, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Oasis Hallandale’s two towers will feature 500 luxury residences ranging from 900 to 4,750 square feet. Residences are planned with floor-to-ceiling windows, glass balconies, imported Italian finishes, and open concept floor plans, with select layouts offering powder rooms, walk-in closets, and two-story configurations. Pricing ranges from $750,000 to just over $5 million.

The retail and office component totals sixty thousand square feet of dining and retail and thirty five thousand square feet of office space. Tenants now open include KC Market, Davinci Café, Oasis Fit, Oasis Dental, Dr. Branovan ENT, Delice Med Spa, and Elve Luxury.

Sales and marketing for the East Tower are being handled exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Oasis International Realty.
