Inter has launched Inter Bike, a new bikeshare system installed along The Underline’s 10 mile linear park beneath Miami’s Metrorail. The program introduces docking stations in Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables, providing a new mobility option for residents and visitors, with free daily access available for Inter account holders.

Inter Bike includes a phased expansion plan that will roll out additional stations over the next year, extending coverage from Brickell to Dadeland. Riders can access the system through the Inter Bike app, which handles pass purchases, bike unlocking, and ride management. Bikes can be picked up and returned at any official docking point along The Underline.

“Inter Bike continues our focus on offering lifestyle solutions that bring real value to our more than 41 million customers, wherever they come from,” said João Vitor Menin, Global CEO of Inter.

“Whether you live in Miami or are visiting from abroad with an Inter account, you can enjoy effortless mobility across the city. Several docking stations are already operating, and many more will open in the coming months, creating meaningful moments of connection for Miami and for our customers,” added Kaio Philipe, Chief Business and Marketing Officer at Inter.

The bikeshare system offers several rental options, including free daily rides of up to 60 minutes for Inter clients, hourly rentals starting at six dollars for 30 minutes, and monthly memberships with unlimited 60 minute or 30 minute rides. Users validate their Inter account through the app to redeem complimentary access.

Inter’s partnership with The Underline began in 2024 as part of a broader investment strategy supporting accessible public spaces across Miami. The Underline currently features two Inter Cafés, the Inter Grove Gallery at the Coconut Grove Metrorail station, and the Inter Stage in Brickell, each offering amenities such as rest areas, WiFi, and benefits for Inter customers.

“Inter Bike is the latest initiative in our commitment to building community and connecting Miami,” said Eulois Cleckley, CEO of Friends of The Underline. “We’re grateful to the Inter team, our public officials from the county and surrounding cities, and every partner dedicated to adding another mobility option that connects people to transit. Inter Bike also provides better access to the small businesses we support along The Underline. This bikeshare service allows users to easily experience our entertainment, cultural, health, and wellness programming, improving the quality of life for all Miamians and visitors.”
