Ground has broken on Seven Park Residences, a mixed-use development from Kadima Developers at 218 to 220 SE Seventh Street in Hallandale Beach. The $70 million project will rise with 124 residential units and 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. SKLARchitecture is the architect, and Fortune Development Sales is overseeing sales and marketing. Completion is expected in 2027.

Alejandro Chaberman, CEO of Kadima Developers, said the project is designed to be “more than just residences, it’s a vibrant community that blends urban living with natural beauty, delivering quality, value and transformative development to this remarkable city.”

The 124 units will range from studios to three-bedroom floor plans between 500 and 1,645 square feet. Nearly 30,000 square feet of amenities are planned, including a clean-edge pool, private cabanas, a fitness center, and a wellness spa with a sauna and cold plunge.
