“AVARA represents a new era of rental living in Miami Beach one where architectural excellence, elevated design, and lifestyle-rich amenities are no longer exclusive to ownership,” said Camilo Miguel, Jr., Founder and CEO of Mast Capital. “We envisioned AVARA as a modern sanctuary that merges the sophistication and service of a high-end condominium with the flexibility of rental living, delivering a product rarely seen in this market. This forward-looking approach reflects how today’s residents aspire to live design-conscious, community-minded, and connected to the vibrancy of their surroundings. We’re proud to introduce a pioneering concept that sets a new benchmark for rental living in Miami Beach.”

  1. The building, is very nice and much better than other cookie cutter designs. Well done. It’s a shame that Miami Beach has gotten ridiculously expensive. This isn’t even a good location off located just off the causeway ramps and next to the hospital.

  2. This is the problem with Miami Beach’s height limits… you get long squat buildings with mediocre architecture. The city should allow taller buildings if with better architecture, including articulation and massing. Think the old Flamingo and Nautilus Hotels that built this city in the first place.

  3. Disagree — the height limit in Miami Beach is what has kept it unique among the south Florida cities. If anything, it is cookie cutter skyscrapers that these other cities keep pumping out that lack distinct character.
