Construction has started on Bridge Point Doral 826, a two-warehouse project in Miami-Dade County.
The new venture is slated to comprise 268,702 square feet of new construction in two Class-A buildings. One building will span 113,757 square feet and face the Palmetto Expressway. It offers optimized frontage with the possibility of being passed by 267,000 vehicles every day. The other building will measure 154,945 square feet.
Completing the project involves demolishing eight office buildings constructed in the 1970s, thus transforming the outdated office park into a “next-generation, LEED-certified logistics hub.”

Chicago-based Bridge Industrial is developing Bridge Point Doral 826. The firm purchased its 16-acre build site for $45.5 million in 2024 and secured approval later that year. Completion on its two-warehouse venture is anticipated for early 2027.
Bridge Industrial notes that over the past decade, it has delivered (or currently has under construction) more than 11 million square feet of Class-A industrial space. It has acquired more than 750 acres across 23 transactions in the Sunshine State. One of its recent ventures includes Bridge Point Flagler Station, a 326,000-square-foot logistics complex. This project involved redeveloping Ryder Systems former headquarters.
