Flightway Nineteen LLC (tied to entity Blueteck) has secured financing for a mixed-use development in Hialeah Gardens. Flightway Nineteen is set to measure 40 feet above grade and comprise 91,468 square feet of new construction.
Designed by Doral-based Cabrera Ramos Architects, the project will be divided into ten commercial condo units measuring 9,133 square feet each. Renderings show that Flightway Nineteen would comprise 71,486 square feet of ground-floor warehousing space and another 10,000 square feet of warehousing situated on a mezzanine level.

As noted, Flightway Nineteen LLC is the developer. The Coral Gables-based firm purchased the project’s 4.23-acre build site for $9.6 million in 2024. It was formerly home to a parking lot for heavy-duty trucks. Flightway Nineteen has been made possible with the security of an $18.25 million mortgage from Banco do Brasi. Hialeah Garden’s City Commission approved plans in summer 2024.
Flightway Nineteen is one of a few projects under the Flightway banner in Miami-Dade County. Early last year, Blueteck filed plans for two similar flex developments: Flightway Eighteen and Flightway Twelve. They would be located in Homestead and Sweetwater, respectively.
Flightway Nineteen is planned for 10850 NW 140th St, Hialeah, Florida, 33018, in Miami-Dade County.
