One on One Harbor Beach Inc., an affiliate of Camaco Development, wants to proceed with a high-rise project in Fort Lauderdale.
One on One (also called Harbor Drive Residences) would measure 21 stories above grade and comprise 236 residences. Earlier this year, the South Florida Business Journal reported the two- to five-bedroom homes would measure 1,836 to 3,723 square feet.
The top floors would host two two-story penthouses that would measure no more than 9,664 square feet. Communal amenities are set to include a seventh-floor fitness center, swimming pool/spa, and game room, along with other offerings.

One on One has been in the works since 2023. Initial plans proposed a 17-story tower occupying a single parcel. Plans have changed to expand to two parcels at 3043 and 3049 Harbor Drive. The developer purchased 3043 Harbor Drive for $2.6 million in 2021. It has the other parcel at 3049 currently under contract.
Kora Architects and Adache Group Architects designed One on One. Floridian Development notes that plans reveal a 259-foot-high building with balconies and a glass façade. The source also estimates the project’s completion for 2028.
One on One is planned for 3043 and 3049 Harbor Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33316, in Broward County.
