Florida YIMBY has learned of an evolving multi-family housing development proposed for Miami-Dade County.

In December 2022, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Princeton Heights, a two-building apartment complex that would feature 808 units between an eight- and seven-story building.

Now, a recent update from Floridian Development shares that plans now call for a 10-story building set to feature 819 units: 24 studios, 330 one-bedroom units, 413 two-bedroom units, and 52 three-bedroom units. The name has also been changed from Princeton Heights to Milton Mirage.

Communal amenities would include (but wouldn’t be limited to) recreational green space, two swimming pools, and co-working space. There would also be a total of 1,265 parking spots, meaning that each unit would be guaranteed at least one space. Renderings show that Milton Mirage would measure 115 feet at its highest point. Minus various architectural features, the building stands 104 feet all.

Miami-based Caymares Martin Architecture designed the community. The firm also designed a six-story, 75-unit apartment complex that Florida YIMBY covered two weeks ago. The project is being developed by The Estate Companies and MAS AJP.

Milton Mirage has been proposed for unincorporated Miami-Dade County at 25101 Talbot Road, Princeton, Florida, 33032. It would occupy a 7.2-acre site.

  1. Are you selling the units and if yes, how much is the price and what kind of down payment is expected.
