A high-rise luxury condo in Naples is set to welcome its first residents within the next few months.
Avra At Metropolitan Naples is a 15-story tower with 56 “bespoke residences.” Of the homes, 51 will be apartments with two to four bedrooms starting at 1,780 square feet. The remaining five will be penthouses measuring 2,875 to 4,082 square feet. Homes start at $2 million, with select residences surpassing $7 million.
Both condos and penthouses feature chef-inspired kitchens, wine walls and wet bars, and stainless-steel appliances. Each home is also guaranteed two parking spots in a four-level garage that is built 15 to 33 inches above FEMA’s flood protection guidelines.

Communal amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, a yoga studio with 360-degree panoramic views, and a resident bar and sky lounge. A key feature includes the fifth-floor amenity deck, which will be outfitted with a business center and conference room, putting green, and other exclusive offerings.
Development Partners International LLC is the developer. The firm is lead by two local developers, Fred Pezeshkan and Jerry Starkey. It secured $113.6 million in financing from Foreman Capital in late 2024 to fund the project.
