ARK Homes For Rent has completed and officially opened Parkside, a 75-home built-to-rent townhome community located in Plant City, approximately 35 minutes east of downtown Tampa, expanding the company’s single-family rental presence within the greater Tampa region.

Developed and operated by ARK Homes For Rent, Parkside consists of three- and four-bedroom townhomes designed for long-term rental occupancy. Residences range from 1,522 to 1,737 square feet and are offered across five floor plans named Oak, Magnolia, Evergreen, Aspen, and Willow. Each unit features open-plan living areas, kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, two-and-a-half bathrooms, smart-home technology, and an attached one-car garage equipped with a 240V outlet to support electric vehicle charging.

Monthly rents are projected to begin at approximately $1,995, offering newly constructed rental housing that combines single-family-style living with reduced maintenance responsibilities.

Residents will also have access to ARK Homes For Rent’s proprietary mobile application, which centralizes rent payments, maintenance requests, HOA information, and resident services. The platform includes access to the company’s ARK Living content, providing wellness-related programming available across its portfolio.

Parkside is situated with convenient access to Interstate 4 and nearby retail and service destinations.
