New interior renderings have been released for HQ Residences Miami, a planned 35-story branded condominium tower at 422 NE 29th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The project is being developed by The Boschetti Group, Constellation Group, and Black Salmon, with sbe serving as the hospitality and lifestyle brand. The building is designed by Arquitectonica, with landscape architecture by Enea, and interior design led by DesignAgency in collaboration with Craft.
The newly released imagery provides the first detailed look at the project’s residential interiors, which are organized around a hospitality-informed approach to condominium living. Interior layouts emphasize functionality, flexibility, and durability, drawing from hotel design principles while remaining tailored to long-term residential use.

Residences are shown with open-concept living and dining areas framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing. These spaces extend directly onto expansive private terraces, reinforcing an indoor-outdoor living condition and expanding usable residential space beyond the building envelope. The terraces are integrated into the unit layouts as primary living components, supporting year-round use and engagement with the surrounding urban environment.

Kitchen designs feature Italian cabinetry finished in warm wood tones, paired with natural stone countertops and integrated designer appliances. The layouts prioritize efficient circulation and storage while accommodating both daily use and entertaining. Bathrooms follow a spa-influenced design language, incorporating walk-in showers, floating-style dual vanities in select units, and layered material palettes intended to support a calm, wellness-oriented atmosphere.

HQ Residences Miami is planned to rise 35 stories and deliver 229 condominium residences. One- to three-bedroom floor plans are proposed, ranging in size from 721 to 2,074 square feet. Residences are priced from $850,000. The site is located within Edgewater’s growing high-rise residential corridor, positioned north of Downtown Miami and west of Biscayne Bay.
