Vertical construction continues to advance on the 100-story Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, where the reinforced concrete superstructure has now reached the 60th floor. The 1,049-foot-tall tower is being developed by Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners alongside Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton. The project is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott, with John Moriarty & Associates serving as the general contractor.

Concrete has now been poured through 60 of the building’s 100 floors, bringing construction into the sixth of the tower’s ten stacked cubic volumes. The construction team continues to average approximately one floor every ten days as vertical construction progresses toward the upper tiers.

Envelope work remains well underway and is advancing in parallel with the superstructure. Curtain wall installation has extended through the first three cubes and is now progressing into the fourth cube, with glazing panels steadily enclosing successive tiers of the offset volumes. The facade installation is further defining the tower’s stacked massing, characterized by a series of glass cubes that shift and cantilever as they rise.

Upon completion, Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami will comprise 387 private condominium residences and 205 guest rooms, marking the first introduction of the Waldorf Astoria brand to the Miami market. The mixed-use tower will integrate residential and hospitality components within a single vertical structure, with upper floors oriented to capture 360-degree views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.

The building is expected to top out later this year, with full completion and delivery currently anticipated in 2028.
