A $7.6 million refinance credit facility has been arranged for Bella Residences, a 23,000-square-foot boutique residential property located at 225 179th Drive in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. WD Capital Group advised the borrower, Circle Capital Partners, on the transaction and placed the senior loan financing with W Financial.
The transaction was led by Emile Schachter, Managing Partner at WD Capital Group. The refinancing provides new senior credit secured by the Sunny Isles Beach asset, located in the Sunny Isles Shores neighborhood.

Bella Residences spans approximately 23,000 square feet and is situated near the Atlantic Ocean, offering ocean views and direct beach access. The Sunny Isles Beach submarket has continued to draw residential demand amid limited coastal development sites and ongoing population growth across South Florida.
