Developer Northlink Capital has officially started construction on a high-rise multi-family project in North Beach. Florida YIMBY initially covered this venture, dubbed 7200 Collins, in spring 2025.
Northlink Capital’s 12-story development is set to comprise 222 units, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans. Each luxury residence will come fully furnished, along with a private terrace, integrated smart home technology, and various high-end finishings. Communal amenities will include a fitness center, recreational space, and two swimming pools.

The average home is priced at $800,000; ninety-three percent of the homes were pre-sold prior to the start of construction. As noted, Northlink Capital is the developer. The firm purchased the 0.57-acre property for $17.33 million in 2021. It once hosted several retail buildings that have since been demolished.
Revuelta Architecture International is the architect; Ortega Construction Co. is the general contractor, and Adriana Hoyos Design Studio is the interior designer. North Beach has seen a big boom in development over the past few years. One such project is Ocean Terrace, a luxury venture also situated on Collins Avenue.
7200 Collins is set for a 2027 completion at its namesake: 7200 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, 33141, in Miami-Dade County.
