A developer has plans to replace a low-rise office building with a mixed-used endeavor in Palm Beach County. An affiliate of Miami-based Mast Capital has proposed an unnamed 24-story building that would occupy a 0.85-acre site. Mast Capital purchased the site for $5.2 million last year.

Current plans call for 88 residences. At the time of publication, not much was known about their square footage or layouts, but the South Florida Business Journal shared that residents would have access to a suite of on-site amenities. These would include a 5,700-square-foot clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The venture would also yield 1,723 parking spots.

There would also be a commercial aspect. Specifically, the high-rise would host 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and another 4,000 square feet of top-floor retail. Corwil Architects designed the building.

400 Hibiscus Acquisitions LLC, an affiliate of Mast Capital, is leading the project. Mast Capital is also developing The Perigon Miami Beach, a 17-story luxury tower in its namesake city.  That project topped out last week.

West Palm Beach’s Plans & Plats Review Committee considered plans for Mast Capital’s 10-story project this past Thursday.  It would occupy 635 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33403, in Palm Beach County.
