A partnership between Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development has plans for a 24-story mixed-use development at 635 S. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach that would replace an existing low-rise office building on a 0.85-acre site.

Current plans call for 88 residences, though details on unit sizes and layouts had not been disclosed at the time of publication. According to the South Florida Business Journal, residents would have access to a collection of on-site amenities, including a 5,700-square-foot clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The development would also include 1,723 parking spaces.

The project would also include a commercial component, with 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and another 4,000 square feet of retail on the top floor. Corwil Architects is listed as the architect.

Mast Capital is also developing The Perigon Miami Beach, a 17-story luxury tower in its namesake city.  That project recently topped.

West Palm Beach’s Plans & Plats Review Committee considered plans for 635 S. Dixie Highway this past Thursday.
