Recent aerial photographs show the two towers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa, appearing complete at their respective addresses of 3101 Bayshore Boulevard (Tower I) and 3015 S. Ysabella Avenue (Tower II) in South Tampa. Developed by Related Group, the waterfront condominium complex was designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis, landscape design by Enzo Enea, and Coastal Construction served as the general contractor.

The project was developed in two phases across a prominent bayfront site along Hillsborough Bay. Tower I rises 27 stories and contains 89 condominium residences and 12 villas, while the taller Tower II stands 30 stories and adds 94 condominium residences and 6 villas. Tower I was completed in 2024 and is now sold out and fully occupied, while Tower II was projected to deliver through 2026.

These recent aerial views show the development in what appears to be its finished state. Both towers are fully topped out and enclosed, with curtain wall installation and balcony railings in place from base to crown. The surrounding grounds also appear substantially complete, with resort-style pools, private cabanas, tennis and pickleball courts, planted walkways, paved drop-off areas, and outdoor gathering spaces visible throughout the site. From above, the property no longer reads as an active construction site, but as a completed waterfront residential complex.

Tower II in particular shows no clear signs of ongoing heavy construction. No cranes, exterior hoists, or material laydown areas are visible around the building, and the surrounding sitework appears complete. The latest images suggest the second phase has reached final form from an exterior construction standpoint and is now transitioning into turnover and occupancy.

Arquitectonica’s design gives the development a contemporary waterfront expression, with both towers defined by sleek glass façades, continuous horizontal balcony bands, and wave-like motifs across the main elevations. The façades appear to undulate as the balcony lines sweep across the exterior, reinforcing the project’s bayfront setting. Extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing and broad terraces give the buildings a light, reflective appearance over Hillsborough Bay, while the paired arrangement creates a balanced composition across the site.
