Three developers are proceeding with a luxury hotel-condo project in Wynwood.
Duos Wynwood is set to measure eight stories above grade and feature 49 units. Floorplans would range from studios to two-bedroom units, measuring 400 to 900 square feet. Specifically, there are five distinct models: the studio suite, the gallery suite, the junior suite, the one-bedroom suite, and the two-bedroom suite. Homes are priced from $500,000 to more than $1 million.
Owners would have the option of using their units for short-term rentals, with rental periods spanning one to 30 days. Interior features include duo side-by-side sinks, integrated smart home technology, and wet/dry bars.

Communal amenities at Duos Wynwood would include a coffee bar, fitness center, and co-working spaces. There would also be 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail; at the time of publication, our sources did not name any potential tenants.
Wave Group Development, Vitrium Capital, and Zambala Luxury Apartments are the three developers. The trio hope to start construction by the end of this year and complete Duos Wynwood by 2028. MKDA is the architect; AvroKo is the interior designer.
Duos Wynwood is set to occupy 335 Northwest 28th Street, Miami, Florida, 33127, in Miami-Dade County. The site measures 7,250 square feet and hosts a low-rise building.
