One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences has been announced as a 40-story condominium tower in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The project is being developed by PMG and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects as the second phase of the One Twenty Brickell development, following the sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences at 120 Southwest 8th Street. Construction is already underway and backed by a secured construction loan, with PMG Residential exclusively handling sales.
The tower is planned to yield 467 fully furnished condominium residences, with layouts ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Interiors are specified to include Italian kitchens with custom countertops and backsplashes, Miele appliance packages, Italkraft kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, finished surfaces in wet areas, contemporary lighting packages, and built-out primary bedroom closets. Residences will also incorporate integrated smart home systems.

A defining feature of the development is its inclusion of individually deeded private office suites, continuing PMG’s live-work concept. These office spaces will occupy a dedicated portion of the building with a separate reception area. Each suite is planned with a glass-enclosed layout, secure access, a desk and chair, two guest seats, a finished accent wall, TV wiring, and Wi-Fi connectivity. A reservable conference room will also be available to residents.

Amenity offerings are planned to span more than 50,000 square feet. These include the One Twenty Signature Club, designed as a private lounge environment, along with a resort-style pool deck, a wellness center with steam rooms, sauna, plunge pools, and treatment areas, a fitness studio, a movement studio, and a cafe and juice bar.

The development is located within Brickell’s central core, in proximity to Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village, with connectivity to Downtown Miami and surrounding neighborhoods through nearby transit infrastructure.
