Construction is nearing completion on The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, a 106-unit waterfront condominium development at 2200 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Developed by Catalfumo Companies and built by Seawood Builders, the project occupies the last 14 contiguous acres of Intracoastal waterfront in the Palm Beach Gardens Marina District and consists of three six-story buildings designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, with hospitality interiors by Susurrus and model residential interiors by Decorators Unlimited. Completion is expected this spring.

The development is now in its final construction phase as it transitions toward occupancy. Interior work is advancing across all three buildings, where appliance installation, drywall, and millwork are well underway as the Estate Collection residences begin to take shape. The project has also appointed Monique Nussbaum as general manager ahead of resident move-ins. Nussbaum brings more than 25 years of experience across The Ritz-Carlton brand and luxury residential communities and will oversee the property’s 106 residences, marina-front amenities, and service program.

“Monique brings a deep understanding of branded residential operations and a longstanding commitment to service excellence,” said Daniel Catalfumo, chairman, founder and CEO of Catalfumo Companies. “As the residences approach completion and the vision becomes fully realized, her experience with The Ritz-Carlton brand comes at a defining moment, where luxury residential development is no longer defined by design and location alone, but by the integration of hospitality. At The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens that philosophy is embedded throughout, from 24/7 concierge services to personalized in-residence offerings and seamless access to boating from the private 29-slip marina.”

More than 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities are also taking shape across the property. Anchoring the waterfront is a 95-foot infinity pool overlooking the Intracoastal, accompanied by 12 private cabanas with dedicated food-and-beverage and towel service. A waterfront pavilion with outdoor grilling is planned as a gathering space, while early landscape work is beginning to define pickleball courts, a dog park, grilling terraces, and waterfront walking areas.

Above the marina, an upper amenity terrace will introduce expansive green space measuring nearly the size of two football fields, along with a putting green and broad water views. Select residences will offer direct access to this terrace and private outdoor spaces exceeding 1,800 square feet. Interior amenity spaces include the Lighthouse Lounge, described as a waterfront setting for entertaining and quieter use, as well as a grand lobby with 24-hour front desk service, a waterfront fitness center, and a private clubhouse with bar and dining areas.

The residences are designed in three- to five-bedroom layouts with dedicated dens and flow-through floor plans intended to capture natural light and water views from multiple exposures. Large terraces extend the living areas outdoors with separate spaces for lounging and dining along the Intracoastal frontage.

Interior features include oversized chef’s kitchens fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, gas ranges, and large islands. Primary suites are planned with soaking tubs, backlit vanities, and oversized showers with multiple showerheads. Walk-in pantries, dedicated laundry rooms, and generously sized ensuite bedrooms are also part of the residential program. Units span more than 3,800 square feet, with pricing from $3.8 million to more than $10 million.
